Process Design
Applied Milling Systems has the experience to provide process designs for a wide array of grain processing projects. From intake to packaged goods and all the stages in between, AMS has completed process designs for customers worldwide that have resulted in efficient, state-of-the-art facilities.
Feasability / Appraisals
AMS has partnered with numerous customers to calculate capex requirements, operating expenses, and return on investment to assess the feasibility for multiple types of processing facilities. In addition, we have the ability to evaluate existing mills for determination of appraised value.
Process Analysis
Whether the challenge at hand is capacity, yield, energy efficiency, or a particular limitation within the plant, we have the experience to analyze the process and provide solutions. Applied Milling Systems also provides in-plant and classroom training for rice milling customers.
Plant/Mill Detail Design
Stemming from our process design, we have vast experience taking the ‘DNA’ of the facility and generating structural and electrical drawings and documentation to enable qualified mechanical, electrical, and automation contractors to bring the plant to life. Procurement
Complete mill projects, dust control systems, pneumatic conveying, materials handling, or packaging facilities, AMS offers procurement services for the specified equipment and can coordinate the logistics throughout.
Project Managment
